Before you sign in to the Ezeedata Supplier Portal, you will need a username and password.

NOTE: If you are the person who enrolled for the service, you selected your own password and will not have an email with this information.

Follow these steps to sign in:

  1. Open your browser (Internet Explorer v7.0 or newer).
  2. Go to the following web address (URL): https://productregistry.bighammer.com.
  3. Enter your case-sensitive username and password in the fields provided. NOTE: Enter the password exactly as it appears in the e-mail. The password can be copied from the email and pasted into the password text field.
  4. Click Sign In.

When you sign in to the Ezeedata Supplier Portal for the first time, you may be prompted to change your password. Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Enter your username in the Username field.
  2. Enter the current password in the Current password field.
  3. Enter your new password in the New password field. NOTE: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain characters from at least three of the following groups: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters.
  4. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field.
  5. Click OK. The system changes the information and displays the confirmation and a Sign In button.
  6. Click Sign In.
  7. Enter your username and new password in the fields provided.
  8. Click Sign In to access the Ezeedata Supplier Portal home page.

Troubleshooting

Error: You are not authorized to view this page.

If you get this error, you either clicked Cancel in the Sign In pop-up dialog or entered the incorrect password more than three times. Go back to https://productregistry.bighammer.com and try again. If you continue to have problems signing in, see the password help article for more details.
