I would like to get a LIST of ALL items that do not have an associated main product image and all images that are not associated with products. Then I would like to populate that list and reload it back so that Edgenet does the linking. Is this an ability currently and if so, how/where can I get this done?
In order to determine which products do not have a Main Product Image associated, go to the Items menu and Download a Smart Spreadsheet (make sure Ezeedata Search/Commerce is selected and you click All Products.)
By sorting on the Main Product Image column within the resulting spreadsheet, you can see those products without a value. Enter the appropriate file name for the image (already located in your gallery) and Upload the Smart Spreadsheet. The newly added images will be linked to the appropriate product.
There is not a way to generate a list of file names for unlinked assets. However, you can determine which assets are not linked. Go to the Digital Asset menu and choose to filter by "All Unlinked", click Apply. This will give you visibility into your unlinked images. You can search for particular images here as well.
